TÜV SÜD America is now a Fiat Chrysler Automotive approved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test lab, fully accredited by the big three, including FCA, GM and Ford. Our full service automotive lab in Plymouth, MI (Detroit) can provide complete and precise testing to support suppliers throughout the product development process. Accreditation by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) provides system and component suppliers the assurance of a quality test with prompt and convenient service. Obtaining FCA accreditation required a vigorous process of self-assessment to FCA CS.00054, an audit by A2LA to the FCA requirements, a comprehensive facility report showing lab capabilities for each of the primary test methods and a data review by FCA and the international team. Since the TÜV SÜD facility already met the requirements of Ford, GM and Jaguar Land Rover our expert team was well prepared for the examination.
