Global Risk Consultants is pleased to announce the roll-out of an enhanced mobile-friendly fire protection impairment notification system. The GRC Impairment Notification System provides users ease of access with options to use their smartphone or tablet, in six different languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
Mobile-Friendly web applications are designed and optimized for online connected mobile web experiences. Care is taken so that the presentation and navigation is a natural extension of the hosted mobile environment. No app store membership is needed and updates are universally available for all platforms.
Our mobile version is interactive, intuitive following the feel of the web application, and already has proven to reduce the time needed to manage impairments.
The easy user interface for the mobile-based system provides all the same tools necessary from reporting the impairment, restoring, updating - by extending the anticipated restoration date or canceling the impairment and includes auto-generated email notifications that escalate serious impairments to a designated person within your organization as well as a GRC representative so that the issue can be address immediately.
New to the application is the My Impairment History feature. Clicking this button will trigger an email which is sent back to the user with a spreadsheet attachment of all impairment records associated with that user, dating back to July 2013, since the launch of the web application.
Note: If you want to create a shortcut on your phone directly to the Impairment Application, in order to avoid your shortcut becoming invalid due to application versioning, it is recommended that you create a shortcut directly to www.globalriskconsultants.com and then use the menu selector to choose Impairment/Hot Work Permit.
