Dr. Benedikt Hendan is responsible for supporting TÜV SÜD’s sales, lab and certification teams with his expertise in chemical safety and softlines testing. Daily, he provides information and training on legal regulation, standards, and testing methods.
He is a member of ISO, CEN and DIN committees for standardization of chemical testing on textiles, leather, and footwear and for the safety of children’s clothing. Furthermore, he is the representative of TÜV SÜD in several working groups of cads cooperation and other associations.
Benedikt holds a Doctor of Natural Sciences degree in Chemistry from the University of Paderborn, Germany.
